Incident investigation and reporting to the department of labour if it is a article 24 incident. Traveling for incident investigation is limited to the business address, should investigation require traveling and accommodation it will be an additional cost.
One monthly visit:
Check and complete all registers kept
Check all registers kept by employees.
Confirm that all appointments, policies and procedures are still valid and update where necessary.
Do a general Health and Safety inspection
Chair the Health and Safety Meeting, draft and distribute the minutes.
Provide a written report to the business owner.
Compile and keep a file up to date for Department of labour inspections.
