A concise report and recommendations as to how to address the short coming will be discussed in a follow up visit. A quotation will be submitted for acceptance to design, implementation and monthly maintenance of the tailored program.
The program will include:
Policies and procedures
Health and Safety structure and legal appointments
Risk assessment
Induction Program
Emergency evacuation plan
All registers and inspection sheets to be kept
Safe works procedures
Establishment Of the Health and Safety Committee and meeting Template
Contractor Management
Training requirements
Two Safety Talks per month
Incident investigation and reporting to the department of labour if it is a article 24 incident. Traveling for incident investigation is limited to the business address, should investigation require traveling and accommodation it will be an additional cost.
One monthly visit:
Check and complete all registers kept
Check all registers kept by employees.
Confirm that all appointments, policies and procedures are still valid and update where necessary.
Do a general Health and Safety inspection
Chair the Health and Safety Meeting, draft and distribute the minutes.
Provide a written report to the business owner.
Compile and keep a file up to date for Department of labour inspections.
