At GSAFE Health and Safety consultants we understand that the business’ and ultimately the Business owner’s obligation and legal accountability and responsibilities in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 83 of 95 and thereby we recognise the business owner’s focus is on the core activities and profitability of the business and we are there to manage their health and safety obligations on their behalf, whilst keeping them informed all the time.
